YOU NEED TWO SHEETS OF PAPER (A4), A PEN OR PENCIL WITH A THIN POINT, AND A RULER.

For a reliable result, we recommend using a pencil or ballpoint pen with a fine tip. A thick marker, such as a felt-tip pen or highlighter, can distort the result.

Lay the paper on the floor. Stand on the paper with your heels against the wall.

Determine length: draw a line in front of the longest toe of each foot.

Determine width: draw a line with a pen or pencil along the right and left outside of the ball of the foot.

Unfortunately, sore feet are among the most common complaints. Often, pain while running, walking, and standing is the result of ill-fitting footwear. To correct this – and it is possible – we offer two different width sizes for many models in our store.

Make sure you choose the correct width size when ordering shoes. Your feet should lie within the footbed. This means they should not rest on the inside or outside of the footbed edge. Just like with a normal bed – you don't lie on the edge there either.
